Renault Kwid Electric: Quid’s associate European car company Dacia has launched its electric car Spring EV in France. The electric version of the Renault Kwid has been launched under the name of Dacia Spring. Dacia is Renault’s associate brand, and the two companies sell each other’s products under different names in the market.
The new Kwid Electric i.e.Desia Spring has been launched in a total of three variants. Its sale has also been started. According to the company, a range of 305 km is available through the WLTP variant on a single charge. The car has a 27.4kWh battery pack capable of generating 44 PS of power with 125 Nm of torque.
The company claims that the battery of this car is charged up to 80 percent after putting it on charge for just one hour. This is because it has a 30kW DC fast charging feature.
At the same time, through the 7.4kW Home Charger, it can be fully charged in five hours. It has been priced at 16,990 euros (Rs 14.72 lakh). It is believed that the company can launch it soon in India as well.
Please tell that Dacia Spring is being sold in France in two variants before the electric variant. The lower variants get features such as Bluetooth audio system, manual AC, fabric upholstery and LED DRL. While the other variants get rear camera, smartphone connectivity, rear parking sensor and a seven-inch touchscreen stereo system.
