The main component of Haridra Khand is Haridra i.e. Turmeric, hence it is called Haridra Khand. It is full of anti-allergic and anti-microbial properties.

Uses : Haridra Khand is an effective medicine for urticaria (urticaria) on the skin. It reduces allergic skin disease and cold, itching, eczema, pimples and brings glow to the skin.
Ingredients : Haridra – 320 grams, cow ghee – 240 grams, milk – 5 kg, sugar – 2 kg.
Dry ginger, black pepper, peepal, tejapatra, small cardamom, cinnamon, vividung, nishoth, hard, bheda, amla, nagkasher, nagarmotha, and loh bhasma, 40 grams each (all these will be available from Ayurvedic drug dealers). If you do not want to make more, then everything can be reduced proportionately.
(If you get fresh turmeric, take 1 kg 250 gm peel and grind it in a mixer)
Method : Heat ghee in a vessel and roast turmeric powder on low flame for 2-3 minutes. In another vessel, mix the Egyptian in the boiled milk. Add roasted turmeric to the milk and allow it to thicken on low heat. When the mixture is poured into the glass, it settles in the bottom and removes the aroma. Now put all the interpolations in it and mix. Take it with medical advice with 3-6 grams of milk in the morning and evening. Do not take it pregnant.
Consumption of Haridra Khand brings to the body beauty by eliminating hives, itching, allergies and skin diseases. This medicine is available in the market in the form of dry powder. It is good to use sweet milk to eat it. But in the scripture method, if it is prepared and eaten at home in the following manner, it is more beneficial. Since this method can not be kept in the market for a long time, it is not available. Haridra block made at home is more beneficial and tasty than this method. My experience is that an allergy that has been going on for many years, or a sudden rash in the skin, itching is cured forever after two to three months of its consumption. These types of patients must make this food and tell it to their friends as well. This harmless safe child is able to eat all the old people. Those who cannot make, or patients of sugar, can consume some less beneficial, powdered form which is available in the market.
